Moonsong is a one-day workshop in which to reclaim feminine wisdom, knowledge and power, by deeply understanding and celebrating our cyclical nature as women.
Attune to your body, your womb, your menstrual experience, your rites of passage and the stories of those who've come before you.
This workshop will help you:
- Explore the Wisdom of Nature’s cycles and your life seasons
- Learn how the Lunar cycle and the Earth’s seasons influence you
- Discover eļ¬€ective ways to live in alignment with these cycles, to bring greater ease, ļ¬‚ow and meaning to your life
- Learn the spiritual practice of menstruation and your whole menstrual cycle
- Awaken to the transformative power of menopause and your rites of passage through life
- Re-connect with your natural, wild feminine-self
- Reclaim the power of the Women’s Mysteries.
